They have served undercooked food to me before and the bar apparently doesn't know how to mix drinks properly. I ordered a margarita, simple and easy, by the time it had reached my table my frozen margarita was melted and almost room temperature. We waited on a non-busy night 25 minutes before we even received our appetizer. The floors are horrendously filthy and staff seems more concerned about talking to each other and goofing off then serving the customer. I recently came across a video of behind-the-scenes of their kitchen and it clearly shows the lack of organization and cleanliness.
I think it's time for corporate to step in and fix this restaurant or shut it down.September 08, 2016
